Here's a couple pics of Sammy with Derek Holland and Martin Perez. These guys were very friendly with Sammy. Holland even let him wear his glove, you can see it in the pic, along with Sammy's cookie monster sticker on it!

I have had fun in the past couple weeks, taking pictures of Sammy at the Rangers minor league camp. These players were nice enough to stop and pose for pictures with Sammy; J. Profar, J. Wieland, P. Strong, T. Mendonca and Z. Zaneski.

Sammy and I met Mendonca and Zaneski's families at one of the minor league games. Nice families, great to get to talk with them.

George "scrooge" Brett

Did not realize how much George Brett doesn't like signing autographs! Another fan had told me that when he signs autographs he will throw your pen to the ground after signing, and I thought he was joking. But sure enough that guy was right, after he signed our picture, my pen was on the ground!! I just had to laugh, could not believe it! Great ball player but not fan friendly!

Family Day D-Backs vs. Rangers

Had a great day at the ballpark with the whole family. We had great seats, five rows behind the Rangers dugout. The twins were picked to do a promo with McDonald's in the 5th inning. They were so cute wearing their McDonald's t-shirts, holding up signs and jumping up and down to get the fans to make some noise!! They had fun following the Chick-Fil-a cow around the stadium and riding the carousel. Ava especially loved eating all the yummy snacks at the ballpark. The game was great, Justin Upton and Josh Hamilton both hit homeruns. It's fun to spend family time doing something you love to do "watching baseball"!! I have the best family a dad and husband could ask for!
