Autographs

Sammy and I had a lot of fun collecting autographs this spring! We didn't count but he got a bunch of his baseball cards signed! We had a great time! Can't wait until our road trip to Tucson to see the Round Rock Express play in May!

Giants vs. Royals

Had a great day spending time with Sammy! We went to the Rangers practice fields but they were all loading up on the bus. We were lucky to get our Neftali Feliz baseball card signed and Sammy had his picture taken with the AL Rookie of the Year and All-Star! After that we hit up Barro's Pizza for a quick lunch and headed over to the Royals side since the Rangers Minor Lgrs. had the day off. We met former Major Leaguer Glenn Hubbard who is now a roving infield coach. Sammy of course talked his ear off and he was very patient with Sammy! He gave Sammy a little lesson on how to catch the ball! We finally made it to the main field where we had great seats for the big league game. We met a group of Giants fans and had fun heckling each other. What a great day to spend some quality one on one time with my little guy!!

Spring Break 2011

Had a great time with Sammy and Janet at the ballpark today! We watched the Minor league guys play against the Royals. Had a great time playing ring-around-the roses and hide-in-go-seek with the kids! Hanser Alberto of the Rangers gave Sammy a ball and stopped to take a picture with him! Janet was pretty shy and didn't want her picture taken today! Sammy added a few more autographs to our collection, Janet even got a few!

Family day at the ballpark

Last Sunday we spent the whole day at the ballpark. In the morning Sammy, Janet and Joseph spent the late morning at the back fields having lunch, getting autographs and running around in the grass. The boys had their picture taken with C.J. Wilson and he also signed a baseball card for them. After the practice fields we headed to the game! Michelle and Erin met up with us shortly after. The kids had a great time on the carousel and watching the game.

A few days before Michelle and I met up with a few of our friends and went to a game. Had a lot of fun and even caught a foul ball!
